When can we expect a response?
We will do our best to reply to you within 24 hours. During the high season it can sometimes take a little longer, but you can be sure: We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Can we get to know you before booking?
Absolutely! It is very important to us that the chemistry between us is good – after all, we want you to feel completely comfortable on your wedding day so that we can capture your story as authentically as possible.
We take the time to get to know you and your plans in a non-binding video call. Together we will talk about your ideas and wishes to ensure that everything suits you and your big day perfectly.
How does the booking work?
After our first talk, you will receive a personalised, written offer that is tailored exactly to your wishes. As soon as you sign the offer and pay the deposit, your date is officially reserved for you.
How is the payment process?
A deposit is required to secure your date. The final payment is due either after the wedding or before the pictures are handed over – depending on your wishes and requirements. So you can relax and look forward to your big day while we take care of the details!
Can you also accept last-minute requests?
Yes, if the date is still available, we can also accept requests at short notice. Just write to us and we will check whether we can be there for you on your preferred date.
Do you only work as a team or also individually?
We always work as a team to be able to capture all the special moments of your wedding from different perspectives and with a comprehensive point of view.
